A small studio making heavy clothes in short, numbered runs — and then letting them go.

(01) — Our story

Cut once,

never again

DROP THEORY started with one hoodie and a rule: whatever we make, we make once. No restocks, no reruns, no endless catalogue — just a numbered drop, a countdown and a closed door when it’s gone.

Every piece is designed and sampled in our Berlin studio, worn for a month by the team, and only then produced — in small batches with mills that care as much about weight and hand-feel as we do.

When a drop sells out, the pattern goes into the archive. Sometimes a detail comes back, reworked. The piece itself never does. That’s the theory.

(02) — What we believe

One run only

Every design is produced exactly once. Numbered, archived, gone.

Heavy by default

450 gsm fleece, 280 gsm jersey. Clothes that feel like they were built, not printed.

Worn before sold

Every sample lives on a team member for a month before it’s approved.

Nothing wasted

Small runs mean no dead stock and nothing burned. Offcuts become labels and totes.
